MOREHEAD, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University men’s tennis team kept its perfect OVC record intact Tuesday with a 5-2 victory over host Morehead State. The Colonels (16-4, 4-0 OVC) have won 20 consecutive regular season league matches dating back to 2008.
Eastern cruised to straight-set wins in four of the six singles matches. Senior

Hugo Klientovsky (No. 2) and junior
Philip Janz (No. 4) have yet to drop a set in four OVC matches this spring.
“It was business as usual for the guys today,” EKU head coach
Rob Oertel said. “The team has tunnel vision focused on the finish line.”
The Colonels conclude the regular season this weekend with three road OVC matches beginning with Murray State on Friday, April 8.
