CINCINNATI, Ohio – The Eastern Kentucky University soccer team fell at Cincinnati, 9-0, on Friday night at Gettler Stadium.
The loss drops EKU to 2-2-0 on the year. The Bearcats improve to 3-1-0 with the win.
Eastern trailed 1-0 with just over 10 minutes to play in the first half; however, Megan Cravenor's goal in the 33
rd minute broke the game open and the Bearcats never looked back.
UC's Vanessa Gilles added another goal in the 43
rd minute – making the score 3-0 at the break – and UC tacked on six more second-half goals to pull away for the win.

Erika Wolfer each saw time in goal for EKU and both made four saves on the night.
Sophomore Mikalya Brillon was the only Colonel to play all 90 minutes of the game, going the distance on the outside of EKU's defense.

Ashley Ryan attempted the Colonels' only shots on goal in the game.
EKU returns to action at Ohio on Sunday afternoon at 1:00 p.m.
