Nick Mayo played in his 100th career game on Wednesday at No. 6 Tennessee. He had 23 points, nine rebounds, three assists and two steals.
- Mayo is nine points away from moving past Mike Rose to No. 2 on EKU's all-time scoring list (1,763).

Jomaru Brown came off the bench to post 14 points, six rebounds, three assists and a career-high six steals at Tennessee.
- Brown's six steals are the second most by an OVC player in a game this season. Brown currently ranks fourth in the OVC in steals/game (1.9).
- EKU had a season-best 13 steals at Tennessee on Wednesday. The Colonels currently rank 13th in the country in steals/game (9.6).

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
- Tubby Smith's High Point squad (3-4) beat East Carolina on the road, 55-52, on November 24 before falling at the Citadel, 112-87, on Monday.
- Jahaad Proctor paces the Panthers at 20.3 points-per-game on the year.
- This will be the sixth all-time meeting between EKU and High Point. The Colonels lead the series, 4-1. In their last meeting, EKU beat High Point by one, 66-65, at McBrayer Arena on March 20, 2015 in the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament (CIT).
