FLORENCE, Ala. –
 Eastern Kentucky will play at North Alabama on Tuesday in Florence.
 
The game is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. ET and will air live on ESPN+.  The live radio broadcast of the game is available in the Richmond area on WCYO 100.7 FM, and can be heard worldwide on EKUSports.com.
 
INSIDE THE SERIES
-  This is the first-ever meeting between the two programs.
 
THE COLONELS
-  Eastern Kentucky is 8-8 this season and 0-2 in conference play after suffering a 66-61 loss at Bellarmine on Saturday.
 
-  Jannson Williams had a team-high 15 points against Bellarmine.
 
-  Four Colonels rank in the top-10 in the ASUN in steals.  Jomaru Brown (1.86) leads the conference, Michael Moreno (1.81) is second, Cooper Robb (1.69) is third and Braxton Beverly (1.46) is 10th.
 
-  The Colonels are ranked third in the nation in steals (183), third in steals per game (11.44/game), fourth in turnovers forced (19.44) and fourth in turnover margin (+6.75).
 
-  Eastern Kentucky leads the ASUN and is 14th in the nation in scoring offense at 82.5 points per game.
 
-  Michael Wardy made his first start as a Colonel against Bellarmine.  He finished with six points, three rebounds, one block and one steal.
 
-  Devontae Blanton leads the team and is fifth in the ASUN in rebounding (6.06/game).  Blanton is ninth in the ASUN Conference with 3.56 assists per game.
 
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
-  North Alabama is 7-8 overall this season and 0-2 in ASUN play.  The Lions have conference losses at Lipscomb (84-74) and at home against Jacksonville State (65-55).   
 
-  UNA is averaging 72.5 points per game and allowing 63.1 per game.  The Lions have made 40 percent of their shots from the field and 34 percent from 3-point range.  North Alabama opponents are hitting just 39 percent of their shots and 30 percent from long range.
 
-  UNA averages 8.1 steals per game and 4.8 fewer turnovers than its opponents.
 
-  Daniel Ortiz leads the team in scoring at 10.3 points per game, but made his first start of the season in the Lions' last game, against Jacksonville State.  The 6-foot freshman guard has hit on 41 percent of his attempts from the field and 41 percent from long range.
 
-  Ten North Alabama players average at least 4.9 points per game.
 
-   C.J. Brim, a 5-foot-9 senior guard, averages 9.9 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.  Damian Forrest, a 6-foot-10 sophomore forward, has pulled down a team-best 6.1 rebounds per game.  Jamari Blackmon averages a team-high 2.9 assists while scoring 9.7 points per game.
