RICHMOND, Ky. - Jacey Wilson earned her first career collegiate singles win against Campbellsville from the No. 6 spot in straight sets, 6-3, 6-3. The Eastern Kentucky University women's tennis team (5-4, 0-0 ASUN) swept Campbellsville (0-2, 0-0 MSC), 7-0, and lost to UT Chattanooga (4-3, 0-0 SoCon) by a score of 6-1 on Sunday at the Greg Adams Tennis Center.
 
To begin the dual match against UT Chattanooga, the Mocs won in doubles from the top two courts to take a one-point advantage.
 
Zhansaya Bakytzhan won from the No. 6 court in singles play, but UT Chattanooga won from the top five courts to clinch the match.
 
In the second dual match against Campbellsville, Marilou Cote and Izem Elif Olcer remain undefeated in doubles play, winning from the No. 2 position, 6-4. On the No. 1 court, Bakytzhan and Masha Fedenko won their doubles match, 6-2. Then, Madison Hill and Mariia Triska earned the win from the No. 3 spot in doubles, 7-6 (7-3).
 
Fedenko won in singles play in straight sets on the No. 1 court, 6-2, 6-3. Cote earned her fourth singles win of the season from the No. 2 spot, 6-2, 6-2. Bakytzhan clinched the win for EKU with her second singles win of the day from the No. 4 position, 6-4, 6-2.
 
Olcer earned a straight-set victory on No. 3 court, 6-4, 6-2. Triska secured a win from the No. 5 spot in singles, 6-4, 6-3.
