CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's tennis team will be searching for two road wins this weekend against Austin Peay on Friday and Bellarmine on Sunday.
Friday's match against Austin Peay is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. ET and Sunday's match at Bellarmine will serve at 3 p.m. Fans looking to keep up with scoring can find live stats online

EKU (8-14, 1-3 ASUN) has opened the Atlantic Sun Conference slate with a 1-3 overall record and have three losses in its last four matches. Last weekend, the Colonels suffered losses at Stetson and Florida Gulf Coast but found a 5-2 neutral site victory over Queens in Orlando.
This season, EKU has found great success from its top two courts in singles play. Junior
Fernando Bulnes has an overall record of 8-5 and is on a two-match win streak over Queens' Win Steveker (6-3, 7-5) and FGCU's Jonathan Baron (2-6, 7-5, 10-5).
Additionally,
Nuno Pinheiro sports an 11-5 overall record from the top two courts, however, has lost his first four ASUN Conference matches on the top flight. Individually, the duo of Bulnes and Pinheiro are a combined 19-10 in singles play and combine for a 5-2 record when paired in doubles.
After this weekend's road matches, EKU will end the regular season with two at home against North Alabama (April 4) and Lipscomb (April 6).
Scouting Austin Peay
Austin Peay (4-9, 0-3 ASUN) is off to an 0-3 record to start conference play and have lost its last five matches to North Alabama, Lipscomb, Drake, North Florida, and Tennessee State. Last match in a loss to TSU at home, senior Giovanni Becchis picked up a three-set victory on court No. 2 (7-5, 3-6, 10-5).
Scouting Bellarmine
Bellarmine (4-9, 0-3 ASUN) will play Queens on Friday before the Colonels come to town. The Knights have lost their last four matches, including two 7-0 sweeps against North Florida and Louisville. Bellarmine's last win came on March 1 against Holy Cross College (Ind.) at home, 5-2.
In a 4-3 loss to North Alabama on March 16, Bellarmine won the doubles point and had singles victories on court Nos. 1 and 3 consisting of Jack Batchelor and Vineet Ramesh.
