RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's tennis program will put a bow on its regular season hosting North Alabama on Friday and Lipscomb on Sunday at the Greg Adams Tennis Center.
Both matches are scheduled to start at 2 p.m. ET and are free for the public to attend, free posters and pizza will be available courtesy of EKU athletics marketing while supplies last. Those not able to make Friday's match can find it streamed live on ESPN+, live stats can be found

EKU (9-15, 2-4 ASUN) enters the weekend seventh place in the Atlantic Sun Conference standings and fell on the wrong end of a 4-3 decision last Sunday at Bellarmine. The Colonels' three points came in singles play as
Nuno Pinheiro,
Fernando Bulnes, and
Romeo Elfving Navarro all claimed wins.
On the year, Pinheiro leads the club with a 13-5 overall record in singles play and is on a two-match winning streak over ASUN opponents, defeating Austin Peay's Giovanni Becchis 6-4, 6-2 and Bellarmine's Jack Batchelor 6-3, 6-4.
Following suit, Bulnes has won five of his six matches in conference play that improves his overall record this season to 10-5. He enters the weekend on a four-match winning streak over his opponents from Queens, FGCU, APSU, and Bellarmine.
The Colonels have a combined 22-10 record between Pinheiro and Bulnes from the top two courts. The duo also sports a 6-3 overall record when paired together in doubles action.
Scouting North Alabama
North Alabama (14-3, 5-0 ASUN) enters play on Friday as the current No. 1 team in the ASUN Conference and has an undefeated 5-0 record in league play since mid-March. Junior Lachlan Brain has an 8-4 overall record from the Lions' top court while sophomore Izan Orgiles has an 8-2 record from court two. Both players have five or more wins in league play this season.
Scouting Lipscomb
Lipscomb (8-10, 2-3 ASUN) will face Queens on Friday before coming to Richmond on Sunday. Freshmen Oskar Szymczak is 8-9 from the top court and Giovanni Ciocca is 10-7 from court two. The Bisons are on a two-match losing streak entering play on the weekend.
