LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University women's tennis team suffered a 7-0 loss to Louisville on Sunday afternoon at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center.
 
EKU (1-5) suffered the loss in doubles on courts two, three, and fell on all six singles courts.
 
Junior Ceylin Ipek battled on court three in singles, pushing her opponent UofL's Germany Davis to a third super set. The Izmir, Turkey native would go on to fall in the tiebreak 6-1, 5-7, 10-5.
 
EKU returns to action next week hosting Eastern Michigan on Friday, Feb. 6 inside the Greg Adams Tennis Center. First serve is scheduled for 10 a.m. ET.
