DOTHAN, Ala. – Eastern Kentucky University's women's golf team is set to begin play at the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship on Friday at the Dothan Country Club in Dothan, Alabama.

The 12-team event will be contested over three days. The practice round is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET on Thursday. The first round of the championship will begin at 9 a.m. ET on Friday. Round two on Saturday and round three on Sunday are also slated to start at 9 a.m. ET.

The course at Dothan Country Club will have a par of 72 and play to 6,256 yards.

EKU will begin teeing off in the first round on hole No. 10 at 9:05 a.m. ET. The Colonels are paired with Austin Peay and North Alabama.

The EKU lineup will feature sophomore
Karra Tucker, sophomore
Imogen Jessen, junior
Claira Ramsey Eden, senior
Lanie Campbell and senior
Mary Keene Marrs. Sophomore
Maddi-Jo Benton will be with the team as an alternate if needed.

The Colonels have four top-10 performances this season as a team. EKU began the season by winning the Redbird Invitational in September. The team had a second-place performance at the Colonel Classic in March and a fourth-place finish at the French Broad Collegiate in October.

Campbell leads EKU with a 76.93 stroke average and has one top-5 performance this season. Jessen has a 77.21 stroke average and Tucker carries a 77.79 average. Tucker won the Redbird Invitational (-3) and tied for ninth at the Colonel Classic, giving her a team-best two top-10 finishes.

Last year the Colonels placed fifth at the ASUN Championship. The program's best finish in four years as a member of the conference came in 2021-22 when EKU placed fourth.

As a freshman in 2024-25, Jessen led the team and tied for 11th overall with a 54-hole total of 227.
