RICHMOND, Ky. – Following a dominant road victory, the Eastern Kentucky University women's soccer team returns home to host Morehead State in the 19th edition of the Bluegrass Cup presented by Kentucky Lottery, before traveling to face Chattanooga on Sunday.
Thursday's match is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET, while Sunday's match will begin at 1 p.m. ET. Both contests will stream live on ESPN+, with live stats available.
The Colonels (2-1) enter Thursday on a two-match winning streak after defeating Youngstown State 4-0 on Sunday.

EKU finished the match with three assists and 11 shots while holding a 7-5 advantage in corner kicks.
The Colonels have outscored their opponents 9-0 over the past two matches, with seven players scoring goals. Defensively, EKU has allowed just four shots on goal during that stretch, all saved by junior goalkeeper
Ruby Morgan.
May leads the Colonels with five points this season after scoring in each of the past two matches. Premoli and Reilly follow with four points apiece. Premoli has scored a team-high two goals, while Reilly leads EKU with two assists and has also added a goal.
Morehead State enters Thursday with a 2-2 record after finishing 3-13-2 in 2025. The Eagles are coming off a 2-0 victory over Cleveland State, which EKU defeated 5-0 in its home opener.
The Eagles have scored six goals this season, averaging 1.5 per match. Morehead State has recorded double-digit shot attempts in three of its four matches and averages 15.5 shots per contest.
Morehead State leads the all-time series 9-7-2, but EKU is 3-1-1 in the past five meetings. The Colonels earned a 5-1 victory in the most recent matchup in 2025. Premoli recorded two assists in the win, while
Emma Wolf scored off an assist from
Nicki Klosterman in the 70th minute.
Chattanooga enters the week with a 2-1-1 record after earning a 3-0 victory over fellow UAC member Austin Peay. The Mocs will face Lipscomb on Thursday before hosting the Colonels on Sunday. Chattanooga finished the 2025 season with a 10-5-4 record.
Sophomore Quinn Johnson was named to the Southern Conference preseason all-conference team after scoring five goals during her freshman season. Johnson has continued her strong play this season, scoring in three of Chattanooga's first four matches.
EKU leads the all-time series 3-2-2 and earned a 2-1 victory when the programs last met in 2022.
The Mocs are averaging 2.5 goals and 14 shots per match this season. Defensively, Chattanooga has conceded just three goals while limiting opponents to five shots per contest.
The Colonels are seeking a 4-1 record through their first five matches for the second consecutive season.
