Final Results

NORMAL, Ill. – One year after winning the Redbird Invitational, Eastern Kentucky's Karra Tucker tied for second while leading the team to a sixth place finish at this year's event, which concluded on Monday.
 
Tucker shot rounds of 72, 71 and 74 for a 54-hole total of 217 (+1).  She tied with Puntita Pawichai of Augusta and finished four shots behind Kathryn VanArragon (213) of St. Thomas.
 
As a team, EKU shot rounds of 305, 297 and 308 for a total of 910.  Eastern was 12 shots behind fifth place Butler and one shot in front of seventh place Northern Illinois.
 
The 13 teams competed over two days on the par-72, 6,169-yard course at Weibring Golf Club.
 
St. Thomas (877) captured the team title by two strokes over Augusta (879).  Host Illinois State (887) was third and Denver (892) finished fourth.
 
Claira Ramsey Eden and Maddi-Jo Benton both tied for 35th with 3-round totals of 230.  Freshmen Josie Kelley (233) tied for 44th and Mollie Neeley (240) was 60th.
 
Playing as an individual, Imogen Jessen finished 24th with a total of 226.
