DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Host Embry-Riddle won the top three singles matches to lead the Eagles to a 4-3 win over the Eastern Kentucky University men's tennis team Monday afternoon.
 
The Colonels (6-5) got off on the right foot by winning the doubles point, but only mustered two wins in singles.
 
Sophomore Sebastian Mueller (No. 4) and senior Juanjo de la Llera (No. 5) are both riding three-match winning streaks after their victories today. Meanwhile, sophomore Diogo Soares and freshman Ramon van Flymen have teamed up to win four straight contests in doubles.
 
EKU returns home this weekend to begin Ohio Valley Conference action against Tennessee Tech (Friday) and Jacksonville State (Saturday).
