RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University men's and women's basketball teams will host Southeast Missouri in a doubleheader on Saturday at McBrayer Arena.
The women tip at 1:30 p.m., followed by the men at 4 p.m.
It is Dad-Daughter Day at McBrayer. All dads and their daughters will receive FREE admission in memory of the fathers, daughters, and all victims of this week's helicopter crash in Los Angeles. Contact the EKU Ticket Office at 859-622-2122 for more details.
The women's team will hold a poster signing after their game.

- Carrie Shephard chipped in 18 points and five assists.
- Southeast Missouri ranks second in the OVC in scoring averaging 72.0 points per game.
- Thompson ranks third in OVC play in scoring averaging 17.9 points per game.

WHAT TO KNOW
EKU (10-12, 7-2 OVC) defeated UT Martin, 99-86, on Thursday night at McBrayer. With the win, the Colonels are now off to their best OVC start since the 1987-88 season.
The Colonels are in the midst of their first four-game win streak since 2016.
Senior
Ty Taylor poured in a season-high 27 points to lead the Colonels past UT Martin. He was 5-of-9 from deep.
Sophomore
Tre King scored a career-high 22 points versus the Skyhawks. He added five rebounds, five steals and four assists.

Jomaru Brown (22) are the first trio of Colonels to score 20+ points in the same game since
Nick Mayo, Jarelle Reischel and Javontae Hawkins pulled it off vs. Tennessee Tech in 2016.
EKU's 15 steals vs. UT Martin are the most by the Colonels against a Division-I foe this season.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
SEMO (4-18, 0-9 OVC) fell at Morehead State, 90-74, on Thursday night.
The Redhawks are paced by Alex Caldwell, who comes in averaging 12.0 points-per-game.
This is the 54th all-time meeting between EKU and Southeast Missouri. The Colonels lead the series, 32-20, and have won three straight over the Redhawks.
EKU defeated SEMO last year in Richmond, 85-83, on a buzzer beater by
