RICHMOND, Ky. – After two straight road games, the Eastern Kentucky University men's basketball team will be back home Saturday to host Jacksonville State University.

Saturday will be "Local Heroes Night" at McBrayer Arena. EKU Athletics invites all active fire, EMS, police personnel, military and other community first responders to Alumni Coliseum this Saturday for Local Heroes Night. Any local hero can use

- Darian Adams led Jacksonville State with 24 points, 10 assists and eight rebounds in Tuesday's win over Lipscomb. Jalen Gibbs added 21 points.

- Adams, a 6-foot-3 senior guard, leads the team in scoring (15.6 ppg) and assists (4.5 apg) this season and is third on the team in rebounding (5.2 rpg). He has hit 42 percent of his shots from the field and 87 percent of his team-high 63 trips to the free throw line.
