LAS CRUCES, N.M. – Eastern Kentucky University's women's golf team finished 18th at the 3-day Golf Iconic Classic, which concluded on Wednesday in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

The Colonels shot rounds of 301, 302 and 303 for a total of 906. EKU was 36 shots better than 19th place Southern Utah (942) and just one shot behind 17th place Texas A&M Corpus Christi.Â

Boise State (851) claimed the team title by six shots over Northern Arizona (857). UC Irvine (859) was third and Santa Clara (863) placed fourth. Houston Christian (867), Northern Colorado (867) and Long Beach State (867) tied for fifth.

Sophomore
Karra Tucker led the Colonels and tied for 46th overall with a 54-hole total of 222. She opened play on Monday with a 1-under round of 71 before following up with rounds of 76 and 75 the next two days.

Senior
Mary Keene Marrs (226) tied for 68th.Â
Lanie Campbell (230) tied for 84th.Â
Maddi-Jo Benton (231) carded a final round 2-over 74 to finish in a tie for 87th.Â
Imogen Jessen (232) tied for 89th.

The 19 teams competed on the par-72, 6,420-yard New Mexico State University Golf Course.

EKU will conclude the fall portion of its 2025-26 schedule on Oct. 27-28 at the French Broad Collegiate hosted by UNC Asheville.
