RICHMOND, Ky. – Lexington, Kentucky native and University of Iowa transfer Cailyn Rogers will join the Eastern Kentucky University women's golf team for the 2026-27 season.

Rogers spent her prep career at The Golf Performance Academy in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Since 2022 she has posted 10 top-10 performances including winning the USGA Girls Qualifier at Cherry Blossom (2022), the Marion Miley Amateur (2022), the Notah Begay Indiana Regional (2022), the Emma Talley Tradition (2023) and the Doral Publix Junior Qualifier (2023).

Mandy Moore. Â "She is a very talented player with a passion for the game and a good golf background. Â I think Cailyn is going to be a great fit for our program, and we are looking forward to seeing her succeed as a Colonel."

In addition to those wins, Rogers qualified for the LET Armco Team Series as a sophomore and the U.S. Girls Junior Championship as a freshman. She was the NB3 Long Drive champion as a junior and Hurricane Junior Long Drive Champion as a sophomore.

Rogers played in one event during her freshman season at Iowa in 2025-26, placing 70th at the Diane Thomason Invitational with a 54-hole total of 242.
