Aiea, Hawaii – The 2025 fall season concluded for the EKU men's golf team at the Pearl at Kalauoa Invitational in Hawaii.
The Colonels ended the tournament shooting five-under as a team in the tournament's final round. For the tournament, EKU finished in 14
th at 23-over.
The highlight of the tournament came in the second round as
Justin Begley recorded an ace on the par-3 third hole.
The top finishing Colonel was
Zach Watterson, shooting four-over (220) to finish tied for 34
th out of 106 finishers.
Watterson's best round came in the final 18, shooting five-under (67) with eight birdies in the round.
Hristo Yanakiev finished tied for 41
st, one shot behind Watterson at five-over (221).
The Bulgarian ended the tournament strongly, shooting three-under (69) in the final round with four birdies and only a single bogey on his opening hole.
Jameson Corbin and Begley rounded out the team scoring at 8-over (224) and 11-over (227), finishing tied for 61
st and 79
th, respectively.
Anders Larson finished tied for 84
th at 12-over (228).
