JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Eastern Kentucky University men's golf senior
Anders Larson was named Second Team All-ASUN and earned a spot on the ASUN All-Academic Team, the league office announced Tuesday morning.
The honor marks the second straight season Larson has been recognized on both lists. He earned Second Team All-ASUN honors in 2026 after being named Third Team All-ASUN in 2025, while also collecting All-Academic accolades in both seasons.
A native of Pine Island, Minnesota, Larson capped one of the best seasons of his collegiate career last week at the ASUN Championship. He finished tied for third overall with a 54-hole score of 208 (-8) and was named to the ASUN All-Tournament Team.
Larson led the Colonels with a 71.3 scoring average across 32 rounds during the fall and spring seasons. He recorded six top-10 finishes, including five consecutive top-10 performances to close the year, and won medalist honors once.
During that stretch, he tied for ninth at the Bluegrass Collegiate with a 218 (+5) on April 14, finished fourth at the Memphis Intercollegiate with a 216 (E) on March 31, and earned medalist honors at the Seminole Intercollegiate with a 209 (-7) on March 17.
He also tied for fourth at the Babygrande Donald Ross Collegiate with a 211 (-5) on March 11 and opened the season with a tie for fifth at the Joe Feaganes Marshall Invitational with a 206 (-7) on Sept. 9.
Off the course, Larson earned ASUN All-Academic Team honors for the second consecutive year. He holds a 3.82 grade point average while pursuing a degree in sports management.
