RICHMOND, Ky. – For the first time in his EKU career, Anders Larson has been named the ASUN Conference Men's Golfer of the Week as announced by the league office on Thursday afternoon.
 
Larson earns the honor after claiming his first individual win at the Seminole Intercollegiate on Tuesday shooting a final round 66 (-6) to end the tournament at seven-under.
 
The impressive final round saw Larson overcome a five shot deficit entering the final round.
 
The senior led all competitors in scoring average on par-fours, going five-under for the tournament, and was tied for the most birdies overall with 15.
 
The men's golf team continues its season on March 30 at the Memphis Intercollegiate.
