CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. – The Eastern Kentucky University women’s tennis team blanked host Southeast Missouri Friday afternoon, 7-0. The Colonels (12-10, 4-3 OVC) have now won four of their last five matches.

Sophomore Jessica Albuquerque (No. 1) continued her hot streak and picked up her seventh consecutive win. Meanwhile, freshman Saioa Oscoz (No. 4) and #Sophie O’Neill# (No. 6) dropped just one game each in their respective matches.

Eastern Kentucky wraps up its regular season schedule tomorrow at Tennessee State.
