Women's Tennis Earns Another Shutout

RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University women’s team continued its run at the Ohio Valley Conference regular season title with a 7-0 triumph over Southeast Missouri Saturday afternoon. The Colonels are now 7-0 in league action.

Eastern (14-6, 7-0 OVC) swept all four singles matches that were competed in straight sets. Sophomore Marcela Jimenez did not drop a game in her victory at No. 4 singles.

The Colonels conclude their home schedule tomorrow, April 7 against UT Martin. Match time is set for 11 a.m.
