MOREHEAD, Ky. – Today's baseball game between Eastern Kentucky and Morehead State scheduled to be played in Morehead has been canceled due to the forecast for poor weather.
 
The Colonels will host Jacksonville State University this weekend in battle for first place in the ASUN West Division.  Both teams are tied for first entering the three-game series.
 
Saturday will be Derby Day at Earle Combs Stadium.  Anyone who wears a derby hat or derby themed clothes will receive FREE admission.  Sunday will be Mother's Day and Kids Day.  All moms can sign in at the marketing table to enter a drawing for an EKU and Raising Cane's gift basket.  All kids 12 and under will receive FREE admission and will get to run the bases after the game.
