RICHMOND, Ky. - Turkey Hughes Field is undergoing dramatic changes for the Colonels' 2010 baseball campaign.  A new hitter's eye and new synthetic turf will headline the make-over.  Today is the beginning of the last step in the Turkey Hughes Field renovation. 

The hitter's eye will cover the right field line all the way to the scoreboard to give Turkey Hughes Field a new backdrop.  The synthetic turf will cover the entire infield including the base paths and home plate. The only part that will remain clay is the pitcher's mound.
