JACKSONVILLE, Ala. –
Eastern Kentucky ended its series at Jacksonville State with a 5-0 loss on Sunday.
 
The Colonels (22-29, 11-16 OVC) managed just six hits against the Gamecocks (29-21, 17-10 OVC).
 
JSU pulled away with a 3-run fourth inning capped by Griff Gordon's sacrifice fly for a 4-0 lead.  Casey Antley (2-4) pitched seven scoreless innings, allowing four hits, one walk and striking out six. 
 
Brent Cobb (3-6) turned in a quality start for Eastern Kentucky.  He gave up five runs, but only three were earned, on 11 hits in six and one-third innings.  The senior walked two and struck out two.
 
The Colonels are scheduled to host Ohio on Tuesday at 3 p.m.
