NASHVILLE, Tenn. – With a 6-0 win over Tennessee State University at Hadley Park on Saturday, the EKU women's tennis team moved to 4-0 in Ohio Valley Conference play.
The Colonels (9-8, 4-0 OVC) have rolled through OVC play thus far, logging two shutouts in their four consecutive wins.

Margaux Lacroix racked up consecutive wins to put the Colonels in front 3-0. Sophomore
Laura Argente topped TSU's Ani Poiashvili in straight sets, 6-2, 6-3, to notch the EKU victory and log her third straight singles win.

Marina Marti and sophomore
Raquel Montalvo added singles wins for the Colonels to complete the shutout.
After the first four OVC matches, Lacroix, Marti and Montalvo remain unbeaten in singles play.
The teams did not play doubles matches on Saturday.
The Colonels continue OVC play on Friday as they travel to Jacksonville State. Friday's match is scheduled for 10 a.m.
