The Colonels (7-11, 4-5 OVC) lost at Austin Peay on Thursday, 59-45. EKU trailed by only three after a lay-up by
Madison Wood with 8:40 to go, but the Governors ended the game on an 18-7 run.

Dedric Boyd poured in 27 points in EKU's loss at Austin Peay. Â He connected on a career-high 10 field goals, including going 4-of-5 from deep. Â Boyd now ranks 14th in the league (and second among all freshmen) in scoring at 14.2 points per game.
