RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University women's tennis team will make its fourth NCAA Tournament appearance this season to the round of 64 at Georgia Tech on May 11 in Atlanta, Georgia, the NCAA announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The Colonels (16-8, 9-0 OVC) earned the bid after winning the Ohio Valley Conference Tournament on April 22 in Nashville, Tennessee. The victory sealed an undefeated league season.
Georgia Tech (21-5, 12-2 ACC) enter the tournament as the fourth-ranked team. This marks the ninth time that the Yellow Jackets have hosted the first and second rounds. Just last season, Tech made a Sweet 16 appearance.
 Admission will be free. Parking will cost $5 and be available in the Family Housing Deck located on 10th street.
