COLUMBUS, Ga. –
Emmeline Polevoi earned runner-up in the women's singles finals at the Universal Tennis College Circuit on Sunday. The Eastern Kentucky women's tennis team played in their first match since 2018.
Daniela Hernandez also represented the Colonels at the event.
"Overall it was a great weekend. We have a lot to take away and a lot to keep building on," said head coach
Adam Cohen. "We put together a lot of great points and games, but not a complete match. If we want to be among the best, we need to keep working to get better. That's the goal!"
