Box Score FLORENCE, Ala. – The Eastern Kentucky University women's tennis team (9-13, 2-3 ASUN) fell to North Alabama (10-6, 1-4 ASUN) by a score of 6-1 on Thursday at UNA Tennis Courts.
To begin the dual match, North Alabama won from the No. 1 and 3 courts to earn the doubles point.
Zhansaya Bakytzhan earned a straight-set victory from the No. 6 spot in singles play, 6-2, 6-3.
However, the Lions won five singles contests to clinch the match.
