Box Score JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Eastern Kentucky University women's tennis team (9-17, 2-7 ASUN) fell to North Florida (11-9, 6-3 ASUN) by a score of 5-2 on Friday at the UNF Tennis Complex.
To begin the dual match, the Colonels lost from the top two courts in doubles, giving the Ospreys a one-point advantage.
Marilou Cote won her 12
th singles match of the season from the No. 2 spot in three sets, 6-4, 4-6, 10-1.
Izem Elif Olcer earned the victory in singles from the No. 4 position in three sets, 5-7, 6-2, 10-7.
North Florida emerged victorious in four singles contests to seal the match.
