RICHMOND, Ky. – The Eastern Kentucky University women's tennis program is set to host former Ohio Valley Conference foe Belmont on Saturday morning at the Greg Adams Indoor Tennis Center.
Saturday's women's tennis action will begin at 10 a.m. ET, admission is free for all EKU home tennis matchups during the 2024-25 season. Those unable to attend can find live stats online

EKU (5-9) is coming off a 7-0 sweep over Georgetown College on Feb. 20. The Colonels won the doubles point with 6-0 wins on the back two courts. In singles play, EKU won all six courts by straight set victories.
On the season, junior
Marilou Cote leads the Colonels with a 7-5 overall record in singles play. She has defeated her last two opponents and holds a combined 6-3 record from court Nos. 2 and 3.
Additionally, junior
Sasha Parkhomenko earned a 6-1 straight set win on court No. 1 over Georgetown's Molly Archer. The Kharkiv, Ukraine native holds a 2-4 overall record from EKU's top two courts.
Scouting Belmont
Belmont (1-6) enters Saturday's contest on a six-match losing streak against Samford, UAB, Austin Peay, Middle Tennessee, Western Kentucky, and Southeast Missouri since Feb. 8. The Bruins are led by senior Anastasiya Zholdakova who has a 4-10 overall record in singles with a 3-4 mark from their top court.
