RICHMOND, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky University will host Austin Peay for a 3-game Atlantic Sun Conference series starting Thursday.

The first two games of the series on Thursday and Friday will begin at 7 p.m. ET. Saturday's series finale is now scheduled for 4 p.m. ET. All three contests will air live on ESPN+.

Thursday will be Aviation Night, in partnership with the EKU School of Aviation. It will also be $2 Day with tickets, popcorn, hot dogs and beer for $2 each. Baseball Bingo is back on Friday, giving fans a chance to win an EKU Swag Bag. There will be an egg themed giveaway on Saturday, along with EKU baseball trading cards.

Jacob Price are both coming off quality starts at Lipscomb. Gagen, a redshirt junior lefty, allowed one run on five hits, walked one and struck out four in six innings on Friday night. Price, a redshirt junior right-hander, allowed two runs on four hits, walked one and struck out two in six innings on Saturday.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENT
- Austin Peay is 14-15 overall and 5-4 in conference games. The Governors won a series at Central Arkansas last weekend before losing at Tennessee, 13-4, on Tuesday.

-  Senior outfielder Zion Taylor leads APSU in average (.379), runs (31), doubles (11) and RBIs (28). He is second on the team with seven home runs. Ray Velazquez, a redshirt junior third baseman, has a team-high eight home runs to go along with a .294 average and 27 RBIs.

-  Senior right-hander Gavin Alveti has made 11 appearances out of the bullpen and leads the team with five saves. He is 0-1 with a 3.52 ERA.

-  Kade Shatwell has made five starts this season and is 2-2 with a 1.63 ERA. The senior righty has struck out 25 in 27 2/3 innings. Cody Airington has started seven times and is 2-1 with a 5.68 ERA. The junior right-hander has struck out 24 in 25 1/3 innings.
