RICHMOND, Ky. – Eastern Kentucky University's track and field program was well represented on the ASUN Conference's All-Academic Teams for the indoor season, with five men and six women earning honors as announced by the conference office on Tuesday.
For the men,
Miguel Baidal,
Will Cahill,
Alex Camarca,
Kristian Imroth, and
Mario Priego Montero earn the recognition from EKU.
Representing the women were
Caroline Hooper,
Amya Livingston,
Irene Rubio Miralles,
Ava Phillips,
Kristan Simmons, and
Bryce Alan Thornsbury.
To qualify for nomination, student-athletes must have a cumulative 3.50 grade point average, have participated in 50% of contests during the season, have completed four (4) semesters of college coursework or 50% of progress toward a degree, and have one year of residence at the institution. Student-athletes in post-graduate programs must have a cumulative 3.50 GPA and have participated in 50% of contests during the season.
