Known as “Big Chuck” during his collegiate career, Charles Mrazovich earned All-Conference honors all four years of his career. Playing for EKU Athletics Hall of Fame coach Paul McBrayer, Mrazovich won 70 games in the maroon and white. His career total of 1,232 points, an average 13.2 points per game, ranks 25th all-time. 

The Ambridge, Pennsylvania native earned All-KIAC his first two seasons and All-Ohio Valley Conference in 1949 and 1950. The versatile student-athlete also earned three letters in track & field. 

Following a professional career that included stints with the Indianapolis Olympians and three years in the Eastern League, Mrazovich coached high school basketball in Kentucky and Florida. During his five years at Hialeah High in Florida, Mrazovich coached famous baseball stars Bucky Dent and Charlie Hough as well as NFL Hall of Famer Ted Hendricks. A life-time member of the American Legion, Mrazovich taught for 38 years.
